Scope of These Terms
These terms govern your use of the NetVantage IT Solutions website. Managed IT services themselves are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and service schedule signed at onboarding; where the two differ, the MSA prevails.
Website Use
You may use this website for lawful business purposes: researching our services, requesting audits and quotes, and contacting us. You must not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to this website or our systems. Such activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Information Accuracy
Service descriptions, package features, and SLA figures published here are accurate at the time of writing but are indicative. Your binding commitments — scope, pricing, response times, and service credits — are those set out in your written proposal and MSA.
SLA Estimates
Our online SLA calculator produces indicative monthly estimates based on the inputs you provide. It is not an offer or a quote. Formal pricing is confirmed only after an IT audit and in a written proposal, which remains valid for 30 days from issue.
Free IT Audit
The IT audit is provided free of charge and without obligation. Its findings and report belong to you and may be acted upon with any provider. The audit does not create any duty of care beyond delivering the audit itself with reasonable skill and care.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, NetVantage is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Service liabilities are addressed exclusively in the MSA.

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, and layout — is the property of NetVantage IT Solutions Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not reproduce it without written permission.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
